Mon-Fri 8-3:30  37.5 hrs/wk  in Lee

Case Manager needed in our Day Program in Lee and Dalton. Responsibilities include design, develop and implement day habilitation service plans, complete assessments, maintain accurate and complete records, teach and supervise direct support staff. Assist with departmental goal setting.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in related field required, plus 2 years experience with individuals with disabilities or in other educational/human service setting. Candidate must have experience working with individuals with Autism.
