Description: | BFAIR is currently seeking a full time and part time Licensed Practical Nurse for our residential home in West Stockbridge. The ABI/MFP LPN is primarily responsible for providing various supports to individuals with disabilities in a group home setting. The LPN assists individuals in all areas of daily living including personal care, housekeeping, cooking and recreational activities. The LPN provides medical treatment beyond the scope of a MAP certified direct care staff. Work closely with individuals to help them become as independent as possible in order meet their own personal goals. Assist individuals to find as well as participate in community activities they enjoy while encouraging community membership as well as individual interests. |
| Requirements: | Must be fully licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Ready access to an automobile and a valid driver’s license also required. |
