Warehouse Associate
Lee, MA
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire | $21–$29/hr (based on experience)

Our client in Lee is seeking a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well with others, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shipping: Pick, pack, and prepare small package and LTL orders for shipment; load outgoing trucks
• Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, verify against packing slips, and put inventory away accurately
• Inventory: Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
• Light Assembly: Build product kits using hand and power tools
• General Warehouse: Keep work areas clean and organized, including operating floor scrubber and handling routine upkeep
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and standard procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, reach truck) a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What to Expect:

• Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity
• Pay range of $21–$29/hr depending on experience
