Integritus Healthcare is a not-for-profit Massachusetts-based organization that has been offering senior housing and healthcare, memory care, hospice and palliative care since 1987. This position is onsite at the Home Office of Integritus Healthcare in Pittsfield Massachusetts.

Responsible for preparation of third-party cost reports.  Provide support during third-party audits including documentation and analysis.  Maintain knowledge of current regulatory environment. Work with management to implement reimbursement strategies and prepare various financial analysis. All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus Healthcare mission, vision, and core values. Salary based on experience.

  • Responsible for timely and accurate filing of Medicare and Medicaid cost reports.
  • Prepare and maintain all information needed for cost report filing current.
  • Maintain working relationships with auditors and fiscal intermediaries, providing requested information, supporting       documentation.
  • Review and process final audit adjustments for accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in the preparation of Regulatory appeals.
  • Prepare special cost studies as directed.
  • Perform various other analytical duties as directed.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to management and other staff as appropriate.
  • Work with management to implement reimbursement strategies.
  • Attend webinars and seminars as needed.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Complete various components of budgets.
