| EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM PART TIME 16-24 HOURS PER WEEK MA LICENSED PLUMBER OR MECHANICAL/HVAC TRADESMAN Moresi & Associates Property Management is a full service Real Estate Management Firm located in North Adams, MA. We presently are looking to hire a licensed MA plumber or skilled HVAC / Mechanical Tradesman for the ongoing maintenance and operations of our vast portfolio of properties that we own in Northern Berkshire County, MA. This is a part-time position with opportunity for flexible scheduling of 16-24 hours per week. Company vehicle and specialized tools provided. You must have your own hand tools. Very minimal call-in and afterhours work required. You must be willing to work as part of a team alongside our other skilled trade employees as well as work efficiently on your own. Ideal candidate will be a well rounded jack of all trades and problem solver proficient in troubleshooting mechanical systems. Exceptional working environment and company. No two days are alike.
