High School or Equivalent
Up to One Year
experience with disabled population - Preference: Preferred
Provide respite support and provide assistance with social networking, recreational activities, community safety, health care issues and physical and behavioral challenges through direct care work.
Responsible to supervise and ensure successful implementation of assigned programming. Responsible to develop and implement skill building. Facilitate and coordinate appointments, provide direct care services of engaging and assisting individuals in their general routines of their daily living as needed..
High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Mimimun of 1 year experience in a human service field or 6 month experience with working with individuals with disabilities.
Valid driver's license, use of private vehicle, current auto insurance. Ability to work flexible hours.
Proficiency with computers.
