Quality Control Inspector
To Commensurate With Experience
Full Time
High School or Equivalent

Primary responsibilities include inspection of completed work at each production point and entry of QC data for weekly LEAN reports. This position requires excellent communication and time management skills, as well as strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Database management experience and manufacturing production experience a plus.
• Inspection of completed work at each production point in accordance with manufacturing work order
• Computer entry of quality control data collected during daily inspections
• Coordinate with Production Manager to correct quality control issues as they arise
• Issue quality repair orders as needed for each production point; follow-up as necessary
• Coordinate with Engineering Manager to identify ongoing quality control issues utilizing internal request forms
• Coordinate with Production Manager to complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) in accordance with company Production Schedule
• Complete additional tasks including paperwork for incoming components and outgoing documentation for customer products

• Mechanical Background
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with your team
• Valid Driver’s License

Technical Competencies:
• Trouble shooting
• Basic math skills
• Blue print reading

• Good organizational skills coupled with the ability to accurately track and document design and installation progress
