Director of Staff Development & Training
Seeking a top-level administrator to oversee a successful training department for a non-profit agency with 800 staff to serve people with disabilities. Responsible for creating, delivering, and monitoring the Agency’s staff training and development. Ensure Agency training is compliant with all state mandated trainings. Manage implementation of the E-Academy System, which offers over 1,000 online courses.
Also, responsible for the Agency’s electronic medical records system, iCentrix, a collaboration of multiple agencies across the state. In addition, the position will oversee the evaluation and planning process for the Agency. The successful candidate, who will lead a small team, must be organized, committed to details, and a leader.
Bachelor’s degree required, and 5 years of experience in related field
Knowledge of the human services field a plus
