Brain Injury Services Residential Supervisor

Come join the BCArc Brain Injury Services Management Team, as a Residential Supervisor. Become a part of a fast growing field working with individuals with Brain Injury. We are looking for compassionate, open minded leaders, creative thinkers and innovators to complement our team.
The Residential Supervisor position allows you to bring your existing skills as well as offers you training and mentoring to promote ongoing development for you and your team. This is salaried position working Monday through Friday, primarily during the day, but some evening hours may be required. As a Residential Supervisor you will have direct supervision and oversight of 4 Site Managers/residential programs. This is a Pioneer Valley based position, with some travel required to Berkshire County. Experience in management and working with individuals with disabilities a must.
All positions require a valid US Driver’s license, CORI and National Fingerprint Background Check. We offer an excellent benefit package.
