We’re growing! We’re Hiring! Join our team and work in our “Community-based independence Program”
Our new program is an independent apartment living experience where you will be assisting adults develop meaningful relationships, safely navigate the local community, establish a vocational direction and ultimately achieve personal long-term success.
Program Manager – Oversee our new community apartments in Great Barrington. Responsibilities: Insure that the individuals who live in the apartment are supported with dignity and respect and have a safe and nurturing environment; provide leadership, including scheduling of staff and routines, and resource management; insure support for the individuals in making choices, developing community relationships, and helping to manage their daily lives; advocate for medical, behavioral, and social interventions whenever needed; maintain and encourage family relationships.
Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM (some flexibility)
Residential Counselors - Provide support and direct care assistance to the people who live at our new community-based program, giving them assistance with activities of daily living, supporting their rights and dignity, fostering independence, behavioral interventions, personal care, and data and record keeping regardless of holidays or weather conditions.
• 7 AM to 3 PM
• 3 PM to 11 PM
• 11 PM to 7 AM
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Must become MAP certified
• Experience working with special needs population preferred, but not required
• Meet programs requirements for background checks
• Able to work independently
