The individual we seek will be a licensed insurance professional, someone who thrives in a fast paced environment. Requirements :
SUMMARY: Working as a member of the Commercial Lines Team, this individual would provide advice and assistance to agency clients on Personal line products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manages an assigned book of business
•Assists agency clients with all personal lines insurance products and services
•Supports Account Executives by delivering detailed quotes from various markets (some examples: responds to phone inquiries, binders/certificates, finance agreements and surplus lines production)
•Completes new applications, renewals and supplemental questionnaires
•Develops and rounds out accounts; submits appropriate monthly reports
•Follows up with insurance companies on adverse decisions
•Adheres to the pre-renewal customer contact program
•Responds to all inquiries in a timely and professional fashion
•Resolves any RMV issues and acquires a working knowledge of procedures and processes
•Maintains adequate records and documentation

Qualifications:
•Associates Degree or higher or three years relevant experience
•Should be highly motivated
•Effective communication skills both oral and written
•Ability to make sound decisions
•Working knowledge most desktop applications
•Self motivated and action oriented
