Servers & Bartenders

High School or Equivalent

Multiple Serving Positions available:

- Catering/per diem servers: $20-25/hour - Be added to our que of servers that we call for event help. From TIPS Certified Bartenders to Buffet style serving. Schedules vary. Must have serving experience. Catering experience a plus.

- Temp through December - High-End Restaurant Server: $15/hour (depending on experience), estimated $500 weekly gratuity. Mixed schedule 7a-3p or 3p-11p, weekends, holidays. Must have years of serving/customer service experience.

- Direct Hire High End Server: $22/hour, mixed schedule with weekends and holiday work. Must have years of serving/customer service experience in the hospitality or high-end restaurant industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Ability to adhere to State Liquor License standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively and serve guests graciously to the Restaurant’s Forbes Five-Star standards
  • Memorization of the beer, wine, and specialty cocktail list, as well as, breakfast lunch and dinner menu
  • Ability to manage multiple tables at one time
  • Accommodate special requests to guests, or offer alternatives
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to deal with difficult guests
  • Ensure restaurants are clean and dusted and checklists are completed
  • Provide service that exceeds guest’s expectations
  • Ability to uphold our Forbes and AAA standards
  • Ability to upsell and work well with a team
  • Ensure outlets are stocked for the day
  • Prepares the Dining Room for service, which includes rearranging the space, polishing silverware, glassware and preparing service items
  • Assisting the Hotel with Room Service deliveries, in room set-ups and breakdowns as well as any special amenity delivery
  • Ability to adhere to State Liquor License standards
