POSITION DESCRIPTION:  The Office Manager will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Main Office front desk operations and general office support in addition to providing administrative support to the CEO and COO as needed.  Responsibilities also include supervision of the Administrative Assistant. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with 3 years’ administrative support/office management experience required.  Must possess interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, be able to interact and communicate with all individuals throughout the Agency.  Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-Verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e., nursing).  Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.

 

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including: BFAIR Human Rights Training.  May need to attend workshops, seminars or BFAIR functions as needed for job development.
