The Behavior Analyst is responsible for providing supervision and treatment for children with autism and their families, within their homes and community.
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and three years experience in the field of education/behavior analysis; experience in program development, implementation and monitoring treatment systems with both children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. BCBA credential in good standing required. Must possess or be eligible to apply for Massachusetts licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LABA). Position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
