ABI Program Supervisor
High School or Equivalent
Valid US Drivers License - Preference: Required
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The ABI/MFP Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the ABI/MFP House Manager, staffing and operations of multiple group homes for adults with disabilities. The ABI/MFP Program Supervisor will train and supervise staff members. Ensure that the homes are safe, clean and comfortable at all times. Makes certain that individuals are given all needed supports to help them live as independently as possible, maintain optimal health and are given sufficient opportunities to engage in their desired activities and interests at home and in the community.
High school diploma or GED with 4 years working with individuals with disabilities, 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Ability to complete all initial and ongoing background checks including but not limited to: CORI, SORI, Fingerprinting, LEIE, Driving record, E-verify, Physical, PPD and licensing and/or certification checks (i.e. nursing). Valid US driver’s license and ready access to a vehicle.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Must maintain all certification needed in the program including: CPR, First Aid, MAP, and BFAIR Human Rights Training. May need to attend workshops, seminars or BFAIR functions as needed for job development.
