New Hire Bonus Details Below Description

BFAIR is looking for a Part Time In Home Behavior Specialist. The In Home Behavior Specialist is primarily responsible for providing direct in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism. They also work with parents and caregivers on implementing behavior change and skill acquisition programs. Responsibilities include data collection and input, collaborating on Behavior Intervention Plans, and assisting in writing skill acquisition programs. Additional responsibilities include preparing progress reports and programming materials.

Hiring Bonus:

All Part-Time staff hired would be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus

Method of Distribution**: (to be paid the subsequent payroll of the defined measurement periods)

    • $250 upon successful 90-day evaluation from date of hire
    • $750 upon successful 1year evaluation from date of hire

** Staff must be in good standing to receive bonus distribution and actively working.

Must be hired by 10/31/2021 to be eligible.  Management reserves the right to end or extend program based on funding and needs of the program(s) at any time.


High school diploma with a minimum of one year experience utilizing ABA therapy with children with developmental disabilities. Exposure to behavior analytic coursework and RBT credential preferred.
