CHP outreach provides free health screenings, insurance enrollment assistance as well as information so people can learn how to take better care of themselves and their families.
CHP is seeking COVID-19 Patient Assistants for medical offices throughout Berkshire County. This is a temporary (six month) position. Personal protective equipment will be provided for the safety of staff. The COVID-19 Patient Assistants behave in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate and promote the values and mission of CHP. The COVID-19 Patient Assistants will work with and receive supervision from the practice manager to screen patients at check-in and to prepare exam rooms for the next patients.
