The Clinical Therapist is a health care professional who functions as an integral member of an interdisciplinary treatment team. They provide psychosocial assessments, treatment, and helps manage a structured and safe inpatient milieu. The Clinical Therapist must be skilled in providing multi-modal therapy (individual, group, family). They are responsible for the on-going assessment of the care plan ensuring that it meets the needs of the patient at all times.

• Experience:
  • Experience working on an  inpatient psychiatric unit; preferred.
  • Experience working with people with substance use disorders preferred.
• Education and Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field or Bachelors in any Discipline with 2 years experience in Mental Health field.
• License, Certification & Registration:
  • LSW - Licensed Social Worker is preferred.
  • CPR within 3 months of hire
• Other Requirements:
  • Be Smart Be Safe Safety Training within one month of hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a treatment team format is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high quality patient care and effectively utilize clinical supervision is required.
  • Must be able to be a good role model for patients.
  • Qualified candidates must demonstrate evidence of clinical and personal growth.
