Description:
Production and execution of food products that are the highest quality and consistency and ready to serve in a timely manner in a high volume high production kitchen.Maintain a clean and safe work station.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Food Production
Produce high quality food that adhere to our exemplary company standards
Work in an organized manner to ensure for timely preparation and service of food
Cross-train to work in all venues and stations
Continually produce a consistent product
Safety and Sanitation
Maintain a clean and safe work station
Follow standard operating procedures for food handling and sanitation
Store foods properly- Rotate and date product, follow storage guidelines for raw food and follow first-in first-out procedures
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
Familiarity in cold prep/garde manger, grill and sauté stations a plus for Line Cook position

Education and certification:
Strong written and verbal understanding of English
Serve-Safe Certification a plus

Specialized knowledge:
Must be able to read menus and recipes in English
Basic knowledge and use of kitchen equipment

Skills:
Good knife skills
Basic knowledge of proper cooking techniques

Character:
Models and Participates in teamwork at all times
Motivated to excel
Respectful to and mindful of all managers and staff in department, on property and within company
Acts as an agent to help ensure guest and staff satisfaction

Physical:
Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time
Lift up to 50 pounds
Push carts weighing up to 150 pounds
