Description:
32 Hour Exempt/ On Call Rotation

The Staff Development Coordinator will provide leadership in the Department of Nursing by creating a framework of educational services that promote the growth of all staff.
Coordinates all educational programs for licensed and non-licensed staff.
Identifies essential competencies for licensed and unlicensed staff within the Department of Nursing and assures appropriate educational opportunities exist ro promote the growth and development of the staff.
Assists with Orientation process through General Orientation
Monitors and Evaluates the training needs of all Facility employees
Plans, assigns and directs work of new employees during the training process.
Reports to Director of Nursing and Administrator
Requirements:
MA Registered Nurse License
Previous teaching experience preferred
Strong leadership & organization skills required.
