Our guest service representatives are the face to face contact that our guests and visitors interact with on our property. We respond to all of our guests in a prompt, efficient and positive way. Primary focus would be detailed communication with all guests and departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Applicants must have a high school or equivalent educational experience. We prefer applicants that have had previous employment in hospitality and/or direct face to face contact with clients. Must be available to work both day and evening shifts. Must be able to understand a variety of computer programs specific to the hotel by both taking online classes and using on the job training.
