The restaurant front end manager will arrange schedules to accommodate hotel guests, local patrons, and banquet/meeting events. The applicant should be able to tend bar and provide excellent table side service to our customers. The applicant will be responsible for training the staff and ensuring
training certifications are up to date. Must be available to cover different shifts as needed for restaurant service and banquet events. Responsible for inventory and ordering beverage needs.
Familiarity with micros a plus.
Hiring, training, inventory and product ordering. Must be able to lift serving trays and stand for long spans of time during service.
