As a Scrum Master/Senior Software Engineer, you’ll perform software requirements analysis, participate in research and design, and develop and test software and tools. From inventing new products or enhancing existing applications, your talent will be front and center.
The Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that a valuable Lean/Agile process emerges that supports the program framework. Scrum Masters help remove impediments and foster an environment of high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
The Scrum Master facilitates the team’s ability to execute and enables the team to self-organize and self-manage. The Scrum Master facilitates the scrum (daily stand-up) and team retrospectives, communicates on the team’s behalf with team leadership, and is responsible for clearing obstacles and other interruptions for the team. Scrum Masters are also responsible for guiding, capturing, and evaluating the team’s metrics.

What you bring to the table:
A Bachelor’s in software engineering or a related technical field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree is required; Agile experience preferred
Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
Solid knowledge of the software development process especially Agile frameworks such as SAFe
