Provide instruction and guide service for guests that zip line at Catamount Ski Resort.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all guests and answer any questions they have.
Assist with check-in to verify all guests are present & waivers are signed.
Perform inspection of the zip line courses, gear, and all equipment.
Assist guests in gearing up and verify their gear is properly fitted.
Provide clear and concise directives to guests on tours.
Instruct and monitor guests on zip line safety practices.
Perform retrievals and evacuations when necessary.
Maintain daily log books, tour sheets & other paperwork.
Provide basic first aid care when necessary.
Assist guests to overcome any anxieties they may have.
Safely load and unload guests from moving chairlifts.
Cross train and cover shifts for the Aerial Park Adventure Course.
Ensure that all guests have a fun and memorable experience.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.

Work Standards: Maintain high standards in the quality & consistency of work.
Must be comfortable working at heights.
Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must meet the minimum/ maximum weight requirements of 100 lbs. – 260 lbs.
Must be able to hike, stand, bend, climb, lift, reach, and pull repetitively.
Must be mentally attentive and focused at all times.
Must be able to adapt to climate and work in extreme weather conditions.

Able to pass a drug test because this is a drug-free workplace.
