Kimball Farms Retirement Community is has two Security/Light Maintenance positions available. (1) 32 hour 3p-11p Monday through Friday with no weekends. Holidays are covered on a rotating basis. (1) 16 hour 11p -7 a weekend only. Both positions require light maintenance, package delivery to residential apartments, and frequent security checks.

•One year experience in security preferred.

•CPR and First Aid required yearly.

•Must demonstrate the ability to operate an AED machine.

•Must demonstrate the ability to read HVAC gauges and to record this information.

•Must demonstrate the ability to understand the functioning of emergency equipment including alarms systems and other emergency communications.

•Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.

•Must be prompt, honest, and reliable.

•Demonstrated ability to work independently and with limited supervision.

• Must be well groomed and have good personal hygiene.

• Must be able to function in a courteous, friendly and helpful manner.

•Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
