Job Description: The Benefits Support Specialist position will act as a resource for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Providing benefit eligibility information, application assistance or navigation to application assistance for any Medicaid (MassHealth) related programs or services, including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Offer telephone, virtual, and in-person support, as requested by the individual. Become a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) through the self-paced, virtual training. Provide assistance to MassHealth members age 65+ through the redetermination process, including the completion of training on the MassHealth Application for Health Coverage for Seniors and People Needing Long-Term Care Services (SACA). 15 Hours per week Flexible schedule AA/EOE | |
