Description:

This individual will perform a wide variety of general clerical duties to provide account management to the Credit Unions members in conformance with federal and state regulations, established bank policies, and operating procedures. Responsibilities: Build customer relationships Evaluate customer needs Open member accounts and provide member services Process loan applications, prepare documentation, coordinate collection Assist Sr. Loan officer in loan applications Assist with accounting functions
Requirements:
Previous banking or financial services experience. The optimal candidate will have the following credentials, qualifications, education, and work experience: High School Diploma or its equivalent Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Perform as a team player, displaying positive and professional attitude towards members and co-workers Customer service oriented Great organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Flexible Attention to detail Computer Skills Adhere to security practices, guidelines, and regulatory compliance Saturday availability A 6-month probationary period will apply
