This individual will perform a wide variety of general clerical duties to provide account management to the Credit Unions members in conformance with federal and state regulations, established bank policies, and operating procedures. Responsibilities: - Build customer relationships
- Evaluate customer needs
- Open member accounts and provide member services
- Process loan applications, prepare documentation, coordinate collection
- Assist Sr. Loan officer in loan applications
- Assist with accounting functions

Requirements: | - Previous banking or financial services experience.
- The optimal candidate will have the following credentials, qualifications, education, and work experience:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Perform as a team player, displaying positive and professional attitude towards members and co-workers
- Customer service oriented
- Great organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible
- Attention to detail
