Berkshire County Arc is a non-profit, tax exempt, human services organization which offers a broad range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Berkshire County Arc’s programs are located throughout Berkshire and Hampden Counties in Massachusetts.

Training Specialist needed to assist with the agency’s staff development programs, which includes internal live training, on line training programs and electronic file system.
This position requires extensive work with an online training system, which includes capturing staff training histories. Extensive training on systems will be provided.
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities, teaching or in the field of workforce development. Confidence in training people, excellent computer skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment as well as good customer service skills are critical.
