Hamilton Relay is seeking entry level Bilingual Spanish and English Call Center Operators that will be responsible for relaying telephone conversations for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have difficulty speaking. Individuals in this position should possess a professional attitude, great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a typing speed of 55 – 60 words per minute. Qualified applicants must be 18 years of age or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be fluent in English and Spanish, be proficient working with computer keyboards and have a basic understanding of computer terminology.
