Preparing, cooking and serving meals for approximately 100 residents at an independent retirement community with a central dining room. Applicant must have excellent people skills, be flexible in scheduling and be able to work in a fast paced environment. prior experience in similar setting is preferred.
Must have knowledge on preparing food to recipe, be able to stand for long periods of time, and have general knowledge of a professional kitchen. Serve safe certification is preferred, as well as allergens training.
