We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who is proficient in all aspects of food preparation. The successful candidate will manage the daily operation of the Kitchen and actively participate in banquet event and catering functions to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain food/labor cost, inventory and create diverse seasonal menus. Accountable for management of assigned staff to ensure that they are following policies and procedures. Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and guests. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fine dining establishment.
-Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
-Friendly, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
-Ability to develop relationships with guests, kitchen and restaurant team.
-A commitment to excellence in guest service and reliable support to the line staff is essential.
-Work directly with the social events planner.
-Handles pressure well.
-Computer literate in Excel & Outlook.
