18 Degrees is where new beginnings come to light for children and families – and could be where your new career does the same!  At 18 Degrees, we cultivate teams and leaders to embrace the principles of diversity, equity and inclusiveness to support the needs of our community.   Full time position at our Pittsfield location. This is a home visiting role with a peer recovery component (peer recovery training will be provided/required). 

 

  • The right candidate uses their own lived experience to better connect and engage with individuals who are or have been affected by substance abuse [directly or indirectly]. Individuals with personal, lived recovery experience are encouraged to apply.
  • The position provides evidence-based programming to families throughout Berkshire County.
  • BA in early childhood or related field preferred; experience as home visitor may substitute.
  • Knowledge of child development and parenting; ability to engage all families; data tracking; and partnership with community resources important.
  • Position requires average computer skills and data input ability.
