Description:
BFAIR seeks an experienced Financial Assistant to work in our North Adams office. Two years related experience and working knowledge or computer programs (ie., Excel, Quickbooks, Word, etc.) required.

Job Responsibilities:

-Prepare weekly and monthly checks for individual's
-Weekly and monthly reconciliation and filing of program spending sheets
-Maintain individual's Funds Management Plan system
-Conduct staff trainings on individual spending sheets as needed
-Prepare monthly status reports of program and individual spending sheet reviews
-Maintain accounts receivable records for charges for care payments including
applicable bank deposits
-Monthly billing
-Assist with the preparation of monthly agency and program dashboards and budget to
actual reports
-Make deposits as needed
-Assist with front desk coverage as needed
