The Assistant Director of ABI Residential will manage BFAIR’s homes specifically designated for people under the Acquired Brain Injury/Money Follows the Person Waivers. The Assistant Director will ensure that each home meets agency and regulatory requirements and provides training and/or supervision to, House Managers, Residential Coordinator, Homelife Support Counselors (I&II), and Relief staff.
Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of two years experience providing residential supports or Associates Degree with one additional year of related experience.
