This Staff person performs maintenance and landscape duties independently and assists jointly with other staff or volunteers. Weekend, evenings or holiday work is required as needed for emergency purposes, snow removal, and for maintenance of the swimming pool/hot tub. 95% of the time for this position is spent working outdoors in all types of weather. This position receives their daily duties from and reports directly to the Condominium Manager. A Benefit package is associated with this position. | |

Specific tasks and duties include and are not limited to the following: General cleaning of Clubhouse Building consisting of dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing, vacuuming, shampooing or disinfecting of hallways, stairwells, stairs, sauna areas, rest rooms, kitchen, community rooms or other common areas. Interior/Exterior painting/staining as required. Perform landscape maintenance of plantings located in the common areas. Maintenance of flower/shrub/tree planting, shrubbery consisting of mulching flower beds, shrubbery trimming/pruning, tree trimming/pruning, flower bed maintenance and raking. Perform snow/ice removal as may be required. Snow removal will consist of shoveling/snow blowing of front/rear porches, decks, stairs, and walkways. Snow plowing consists of plowing parking areas and common area roadways. Sanding/salting as required. Perform swimming pool and/or hot tub maintenance and chemical balancing. Verification and adjustment of chemical levels is required 7 days a week. Perform preventative maintenance to equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines. Maintenance may consist of lubrication, oil/filter changes, or tool sharpening. Record in the equipment maintenance log all preventative maintenance work performed Perform minor repairs to equipment as may be necessary. Records in the equipment maintenance log any repairs of substantive nature to equipment. Perform light carpentry within the common area as required. Speed memo processing/completion and filing appropriately. Perform annual inventory of all equipment This staff person may be required to be on call to answer/respond to emergency situations 24/7 on an alternating basis with other staff. Emergencies may consist of water related issues, fire alarm calls, owner lock-outs, etc. |
