RECOMMENDED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a supervisory position with very strong interpersonal skills and working with community organizations providing similar services is preferred.
-1-3 year’s experience working with young people in sports/games/crafts.
-Experience a/o a strong interest in developing programming for youth and families
-Familiarity with the community and its resources is a strong plus.
-Valid driver's license required.
-Strong organizational skills
-Training in first aid, CPR,
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a 35-hour-a-week position. (10 am-5:30 pm) ½ hour lunch. Occasional evening and weekend work is required. When this occurs, you will adjust your hours accordingly within the same pay period.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While minimal physical effort is required to perform the duties under typical office conditions, moderate physical effort is required. The varied demands of the job require a high energy level and the ability to multitask.
