Description:
The Marketing Assistant participates in the conception, planning, creation, follow-through and analysis of marketing campaigns/activities to increase awareness, engagement and participant registrations in programs of the Option Institute™ and Autism Treatment Center of America™ including:
•E-Communications, conferences, direct mail, catalogue, digital/print promotion materials, point of sale distribution, webinars, teleconferences
•PPC/print advertising
•Copy writing, content creation, blogging
•Projects supporting global extension of client base
•Reporting
•Maintaining the Option Institute brand/Style Guide
Requirements:
DESIRED SKILLS
•Excellent written/verbal and interpersonal communication skill
•Copy writing/ content creation experience writing for e-communications, blogging, web, promotions
•High level of proficiency in MS Office- Word, Excel and Outlook •Basic understanding HTML
•Knowledge of Google Analytics
•Knowledge of Social media
•Knowledge of print production process
•Experience with pay per click advertising
•Analytical segmenting experience
•Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi-task successfully under pressure

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
An Associate’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, social media, or communications, and at least two years related work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
