Program Enrollment Client Support Associate
High School or Equivalent

The Option Institute seeks a candidate to process administrative tasks for program enrollment, product orders and program deposits; clerk for the on-site store on and off program approximately 1 - 1.5 hours per day; create program packets and assign clients to their groups and lodgings; and completes support calls for clients registered for programs. This position will also assist in answering new client calls and support the front office receptionist.
Strong customer service skills, strong computer and phone skills. The ideal candidate is able to work both independently and as part of a team; the ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must. The ability to keep calm in a fast pace environment is necessary. Strong computer skills required. The position requires the candidate to be detail oriented. Experienced database entry skills preferred.
