This position supports the work of the Town Accountant and all other departments by reviewing and processing bills and payments in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, town policies, town bylaws, and relevant state, federal and local regulations and standards; and performs other related work as required.
-Experience with Windows-based software; skill and ability to operate a personal computer and a variety of office equipment.
-Ability to work independently, accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
-Must be customer service oriented and tactful with the public.
-Ability to answer questions relative to departmental operation and procedures.
