Description:
Kimball Farms Retirement Community is seeking a van driver to assist our residents with their day to day transportation needs within Berkshire County. Commitments include both full-time and per diem.

Kimball Farms offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, free life insurance, 403 B match, generous paid time off and tuition reimbursement.
Requirements:
•CDL Class B or C driver’s license with passenger endorsement required

•Must be available to work day, evening & weekends

•Requires lifting, pushing, pulling equipment and supplies (50 Ibs maximum) to a minimum of 3 feet and be able to push, pull move and/or carry such weight a minimum of 3 feet distance.

•Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with staff, residents, visitors and the general public

•Maintain cleanliness of vehicles

•Performs routine maintenance as necessary

•Must have basic knowledge of fire safety, first aide, and CPR procedure

•Must be able to read, write and speak English in an understandable manner.

•Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma
