This position manages the day-to-day functions of the restaurant to ensure high quality products and service are delivered to our customers and sales and financial goals are met. You are accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining great team members and increasing your restaurantï¿½s sales and market share.

An equivalent combination of experience and training may substitute for any of the listed position qualifications.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have at least (1-3) years restaurant management experience, depending on position you are applying for. Must be able to analyze financial statements and have strong cash management skills. Must have at least 1 year experience leading a team of 5 or more with team development skills and knowledge of inventory and scheduling. Must be able to work long hours, which will include nights and weekends.
