Position Summary
Do you have experience using database, analytical, and business intelligence tools such as Business Objects and SQL?  If yes, read on!
 
Candidate Responsibilities
As a Reporting Analyst, you will provide strong analytical and reporting support for the Individual Markets Claims Service and Solutions Group.  This includes:
 
Designing, mining and maintaining established and ad hoc reports.
Maintaining data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing and auditing of data.
Analyzing data for performance trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
Developing and maintaining database and systems required to support staff and other performance management tools (i.e. KPIs).
Acting as a liaison for IT related to integration of new data sources, data mapping and testing.

Requirements:
Position Qualifications
* In addition to the above, you will also likely possess:
* Experience using database, analytical and business intelligence tools (i.e. Business Objects and SQL) and familiarity with JIRA and Tableau, preferred. 
* 1-3 years of experience in an analytical/reporting role or equivalent academic credit.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Statistics or Applied Mathematics.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Reporting Relationships
* This position reports to the Individual Markets Claims Technical Team Leader, who reports to the Individual Markets Claims Business Services Manager. 

Travel
* Occasional travel may be anticipated for this role.
